  1. Nice, but Tabitha used a packaged vegan cheese. I have been making vegan mac and cheese before many of you were born. And my favorite is still home made although I do use the prepared vegan cheeses from violife and others on occassion.

  2. I'm suprised none of the food options used mustard or mustard powder. Mustard and cheese pair well together so I thought one of the chef's would incorporate it in.
